Company: Khoobi Mehta Location: Texas City, Texas, United States (Onsite) Role: SAP FICO Test Lead Job Type: Full-time Duration: Long term contract About the Role Khoobi Mehta is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Tester Lead to lead the testing efforts for a critical financial systems migration project. This role requires a strong background in SAP FICO testing and leadership experience managing both onshore and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP FICO testing activities to migrate General Ledger processing from Oracle to SAP. Manage and coordinate testing across 60+ interfaces ensuring seamless integration. Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams, both onshore and offshore. Perform data migration validation and ensure accuracy of financial data. Collaborate with management to resolve complex issues involving interconnected business processes. Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality deliverables. Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP FICO testing experience. 3+ years of leadership experience in SAP FICO testing. Strong understanding of General Ledger, budgeting, and financial planning. Experience with internal system integrations into SAP. Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills. Experience in data migration and validation. Insurance industry experience with SAP is a plus but not mandatory. Must be a testing lead, not a functional or UAT tester. Additional Information This is an onsite position based in Texas City, Texas. The project start date is approximately two weeks from offer acceptance.
