SAP HCM Payroll Testing

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Testing professional with 10+ years of SAP experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll testing, test strategy, test planning, payroll processes, and integration testing.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SAP HCM Payroll test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Test end-to-end SAP Payroll processes including:
Payroll processing
Gross-to-Net calculations
Wage Types
Payroll schemas and rules
Time Management integration
Benefits and deductions
Tax-related payroll processes
Off-cycle payroll
Retroactive payroll processing
Validate payroll results and identify discrepancies.
Prepare detailed test cases, test scripts, test data, and test execution reports.
Perform defect identification, tracking, and resolution using tools such as JIRA, ALM, or equivalent.
Work closely with SAP Functional, Technical, HR, and Business teams to resolve testing issues.
Conduct end-to-end integration testing between SAP HCM Payroll and other systems.
Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users.
Perform regression testing during payroll enhancements, patches, and releases.
Analyze defects and provide root-cause information to functional/technical teams.
Ensure testing deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
