SAP OTC Lead - Mexico Remote

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Customer Master Data, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Billing, Credit Management, Returns Management, and Intercompany Transactions.The ideal candidate will have experience leading SAP implementations, rollouts, and support engagements in manufacturing and distribution environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP S/4HANA OTC implementation, rollout, and support activities.Manage Customer Master Data and Sales Order Management.Support pricing, delivery processing, billing, credit management, returns, and intercompany transactions.Support Mobile Data Entry (MDE)-enabled Simplified Push Delivery Processes.Enable real-time delivery execution, goods issue confirmation, inventory visibility, barcode scanning, and mobile warehouse operations.Optimize order fulfillment and delivery accuracy.Integrate OTC with:SAP MMSAP WM/EWMSAP PPTransportationSAP FICOConduct fit-gap analysis and solution design.Support configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, logistics teams, and technical resources.Drive process standardization, user adoption, continuous improvement, and localization requirements for Mexico operations.Required SkillsSAP S/4HANASAP OTCSAP SDCustomer Master DataSales Order ManagementPricingDelivery ProcessingBillingCredit ManagementReturns ManagementIntercompany TransactionsMobile Data Entry (MDE)Simplified Push Delivery ProcessesSAP MM / WM / EWM / PP / FICO IntegrationTransportation IntegrationFit-Gap AnalysisSolution DesignSAP ConfigurationTestingCutover / Go-Live / HypercareManufacturing / DistributionMexico LocalizationPreferred Candidate ProfileStrong SAP S/4HANA OTC/SD background.Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.Experience with warehouse and logistics integration.Experience with MDE/mobile warehouse processes is highly preferred.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Willingness to travel to Ciudad Juárez twice per month.
