Role DescriptionThe Scheduler is a full-time, on-site role based in Santo Domingo. This position is responsible for organizing and maintaining daily schedules, appointments, and calendars for teams, clients, or stakeholders, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating meetings, confirming bookings, updating scheduling systems, resolving conflicts, and communicating changes promptly. The Scheduler will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align availability, track schedule adherence, and support operational planning. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing simple reports, and providing timely updates to management.
QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple schedules and priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook) and basic office software.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and documentation.Problem-solving abilities to manage schedule changes, conflicts, and last-minute adjustments.Ability to work on-site in Santo Domingo and collaborate in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles is preferred.High school diploma required; post-secondary education or relevant certification is an advantage.Professional level Spanish; English proficiency is a plus for interaction with U.S.-based clients.
