We are a mid-sized firm dedicated to enhancing our online presence and driving quality traffic to our digital platforms. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in boosting our brand visibility and organic search rankings, contributing significantly to our overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms for our website and content. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search engine rankings and user engagement. Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance website authority and visibility. Stay current with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with content creators, social media managers, and other marketing team members to align SEO efforts and maximize impact. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on SEO performance, insights, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in SEO or a similar role. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. As an SEO Specialist at Alpha Marketing, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with IT, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, Ohio.
