The teacher will design and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards, integrating technology and real-world applications. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, practical experiments, assessments, and providing constructive feedback to students. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support interdisciplinary projects, student enrichment activities, and continuous improvement of the science program. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, communicating regularly with parents or guardians, and promoting the school’s mission, values, and code of conduct.Qualifications Possess qualifications as a Secondary School Science Teacher and a degree in Science Education or a related field.Demonstrated expertise in Teaching and Lesson Planning, including the ability to design clear, engaging, and age-appropriate science instruction.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a bilingual, multicultural school environment.Experience working in faith-based or values-centered schools is an asset, along with commitment to the school’s mission and core values.Ability to integrate educational technology into science teaching and to manage laboratory activities safely and effectively.Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish are highly desirable.
