Join Ford's finance team in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa as a Securities Analyst. This full-time role at Ford, a leader in automotive innovation, offers a unique opportunity to manage and analyze securities portfolios that impact our financial success. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of securities to monitor and evaluate performance. Prepare detailed financial reports to inform investment decisions and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align investment strategies with corporate goals. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investment managers and brokers. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Participate in the development and execution of financial models and forecasts. Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial findings to senior management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field. Strong analytical skills to assess financial data effectively. Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and financial modeling software. Experience in securities analysis is preferred but not mandatory. Professional certifications such as CFA or similar are a plus. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or investment analysis is ideal. This role is part of a dynamic finance team reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. You will collaborate across departments, enhancing your professional network while contributing to Ford’s strategic financial goals.
