Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as needed. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts professionally. Assist in training new security staff and collaborate to improve security strategies. Participate in developing and implementing security policies to enhance organizational safety. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public. Ability to write clear, concise reports on security activities and incidents. Proficient customer service skills to engage with personnel and visitors. Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Previous security experience preferred but not mandatory.
