Key Responsibilities Monitor surveillance systems to ensure passenger and staff safety across train stations. Conduct regular patrols of the train station and nearby areas to prevent theft and vandalism. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing necessary assistance. Engage with passengers by providing information and directions to enhance their travel experience. Prepare daily reports detailing activities, incidents, and relevant observations for management. Collaborate with fellow security personnel and local authorities to strengthen safety protocols. Attend regular training sessions to stay current on security procedures and customer service standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in security roles, especially in surveillance operations. Knowledge of security systems and established protocols. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Work directly under the Security Supervisor alongside a team committed to community safety and exceptional service. This position is not remote and requires presence in Toluca, Estado de México. Salary: MXN $12,000 per month
