Key Responsibilities Monitor surveillance systems to ensure passenger and staff safety across train stations. Conduct regular patrols of stations and surrounding areas to prevent theft and vandalism. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, providing necessary assistance. Engage with passengers by providing information and directions to enhance their travel experience. Prepare daily reports documenting activities, incidents, and observations for management review. Collaborate with fellow security personnel and local authorities to strengthen safety protocols. Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current with security procedures and customer service standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in security roles, especially in surveillance operations. Knowledge of security systems and established protocols. Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.
