Security Supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Criminology, Public Security, Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Protection Security positions.
• Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of CTPAT and AEO programs.
• Experience in access control, internal investigations, loss prevention, security vendor management, and CCTV systems management.
• Experience working in IMMEX companies or maquiladora environments.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred, with the ability to support audits and manage documentation related to CTPAT requirements.
• Certifications or training in Asset Protection Security, CTPAT, AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), Security Audits, or Risk Management are preferred.
