We are looking for a Semi Senior Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations by ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with labor legislation, and excellent service to internal clients. This role is responsible for payroll processing and review, responding to employee inquiries, applying labor law knowledge, and working with payroll systems and Excel to support day‑to‑day operations. The ideal candidate has strong payroll experience, advanced English skills, and the ability to support and supervise payroll activities in a dynamic environment.

Key RequirementsProfessionals with a background in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fieldsMinimum 5 years of experience managing payroll processesAdvanced English proficiencyExperience working with ERP systems, ideally payroll‑relatedIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsKnowledge of labor legislation
