Overview of the Role
The Semi Senior Rust Developer position focuses on contributing to building high-performance, safe, and concurrent systems using Rust while working on developing efficient applications, collaborating with cross-functional groups, and participating in the design and implementation of scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining Rust applications focusing on performance and safety.- Implementing concurrent and parallel programming solutions.- Collaborating with personnel to design and build scalable systems.- Participating in code reviews and following Rust best practices.- Debugging and optimizing existing Rust codebases.- Contributing to technical documentation and system design discussions.
Requirements:
- Development Experience: 3+ years of comprehensive experience in software development with Rust or systems programming.- Rust Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Rust programming language and its ecosystem.- Technical Understanding: Deep understanding of memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.- Version Control: Experience with version control systems and development workflows.- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
