🚀 Hiring: Senior Associate Sourcing Manager | Costa Rica
We’re looking for an Senior Associate Sourcing Manager to join our Source-to-Pay team and manage a high volume of software/technology sourcing projects.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage low-to-medium value sourcing projects and RFQsReview and negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, SLAs, and commercial termsConduct supplier risk assessments and identify mitigation strategiesManage supplier relationships and leverage preferred vendorsMeet sourcing SLAs/KPIs while maintaining accurate procurement recordsPartner with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective sourcing solutions
🔹 What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in software or technology categoriesExperience with contract management, supplier negotiation, RFQ/RFP, and supplier relationship managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent English written and verbal communication
