Senior Business Intelligence Analyst SQL Tableau Data Analytics

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex business data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design reports, build dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and improve reporting processes. Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions.Extract, clean, transform, and validate data using SQL.Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards using Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.Develop automated reports and performance dashboards that support business operations and leadership decision-making.Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.Perform data quality validation and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.Create executive-ready visualizations and presentations using Google Slides, Excel, or similar reporting tools.Support survey reporting, learning metrics, and administrative data management activities.Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on dashboards and reporting solutions before deployment.Leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency and streamline analytical workflows.Continuously improve reporting processes, documentation, and data governance practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Enablement, Business Intelligence, and Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or similar analytical roles.Advanced SQL experience including joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions, and data transformation.3+ years building dashboards using Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar BI visualization platforms.Strong experience working with large datasets and data validation.Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders.Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Python or R for advanced analytics.Experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouse technologies.Familiarity with dbt (Data Build Tool) or analytics engineering practices.Experience with Salesforce reporting.Experience with Google Workspace, Google Forms, or Smartsheet.Experience using AI tools to automate reporting or improve productivity.Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard UX principles.
