We’re looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant who can bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, helping clients transform and optimize their operations through ServiceNow solutions.You'll play a key role in process discovery, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption across projects in USA and LATAM.
ResponsibilitiesLead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholdersAnalyze and map current and future-state business processesTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and user storiesPerform fit-gap analysis and recommend ServiceNow-based solutionsSupport testing, training, and change management activitiesCollaborate closely with technical teams throughout delivery
Requirements5+ years of experience in business process consulting, business analysis, or functional consulting3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experienceStrong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processesExperience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or related ServiceNow modulesExcellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsAdvanced English and Spanish
Nice to HaveITIL 4 FoundationServiceNow CSA or CIS CertificationsCBAP or Lean Six Sigma
