Senior Compensation Benefits Analyst

The Sr. Analyst, US Benefits & HR Reports will serve as a key point of contact for benefits-related matters while partnering with HR, Payroll, brokers, and external vendors. You’ll also turn HR data into accurate reports, dashboards, and insights that support business and compliance needs.
What you’ll do:Administer U.S. benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plansSupport employee and HR inquiries related to benefits policies and processesManage vendor and broker relationships and resolve benefit-related discrepanciesCoordinate annual Open Enrollment, HRIS updates, audits, reconciliations, and benefits reportingSupport benefits compliance activities and required filingsGather, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple systemsBuild weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports, dashboards, and scorecardsSupport payroll inputs related to benefits and bonus payouts
What we’re looking for:• 5+ years of Benefits Administration experience• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience• Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and ACA• Strong analytical and data management skills• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio• Strong communication and presentation skills• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and deadlines• CEBS or CBP certification is a plus
