About the role

Cedrela Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to provide advisory and consulting services on business operations and internal processes for clients. The role supports profitability within Cedrela and for external clients, leading short-term and long-term projects guided by industry standards, established principles, and defined work plans.

The consultant analyzes complex situations and offers innovative perspectives, identifying and executing solutions such as recommending a new IT system or developing a strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, organize, and execute assigned client business projects in line with client requirements.
• Undertake short-term and long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs.
• Develop detailed business plans to drive changes and support successful implementation.
• Meet with clients for initial assessments of problematic situations, as needed.
• Meet with management or relevant staff to understand their requirements.
• Gather information about client businesses through shadowing, interviews, surveys, and report analysis.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify weaknesses, understand underlying causes, and diagnose issues.
• Prepare concise reports with findings, recommendations, and solutions tailored to client objectives, capabilities, and limitations.
• Present and explain findings to client executives, with justification and practical advice.
• Provide advisory and consulting services on business operations and internal processes, and formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome challenges.
