Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service using GDS systems.
• Research and resolve customer concerns about their travel en route.
• Manage flight, car and hotel reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide quick and effective solutions to queries or issues.
• Collaborate with different teams to provide comprehensive, quality service.

Requirements

• Completed baccalaureate degree.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of reservations through Sabre (mandatory).
• Service-oriented and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service in the travel industry is an asset.
• Ability to manage situations under pressure and make quick decisions is an asset.
• Experience in contact centers or traveler service is an asset.
