Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Travel Business Consultant to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have advanced customer service skills, GDS booking management and be fluent in English.
Location: Office at Zonamerica, MontevideoModality: Hybrid (three days in office, two days teleworking)Workday: Eight hours a day, five days a week.
ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service using GDS systems.Research and resolve customer concerns about their travel en route.Manage flight, car and hotel reservations ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Provide quick and effective solutions to queries or issues.Collaborate with different teams to ensure a comprehensive and quality service.
Exclusive requirements:Completed baccalaureate degree.Native or bilingual English proficiency.Extensive knowledge of reservations through Sabre.(mandatory).Service oriented and customer oriented.Excellent communication and problem solving skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Will be an asset:Experience in customer service in the travel industry.Ability to manage situations under pressure and make quick decisions.Experience in contact centers or traveler service.
