Are you a detail-driven finance professional passionate about operational excellence and inventory optimization? This is a unique opportunity to lead cost accounting and drive strategic financial improvements at a key manufacturing facility, directly influencing plant profitability and performance.
As a trusted finance partner in our Piedras Negras operation, you'll own inventory management strategy, standard costing, and cost control initiatives while building high-performing financial processes, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and mentoring team members.
What your day will look like:Lead inventory accuracy and optimization programs (cycle counts, scrap reduction, material reconciliation) and partner with operations and engineering to drive process improvementsAnalyze cost variances, material consumption patterns, and inventory valuation through SAP oversight, monthly reconciliations, and trend analysis; communicate insights to plant leadershipMentor team members and build reporting dashboards to drive inventory performance visibility and support continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field; 5–8+ years in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, or materials control with demonstrated senior progressionDeep expertise in inventory management, cycle counting, scrap analysis, standard costing, and ERP systems (SAP preferred); advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and cross-functional communication skills; experience leading process improvements and establishing controls; commitment to inventory accuracy and audit compliance
This position is fully onsite in Piedras Negras. Relocation assistance will be provided.
