Applications from candidates outside this region will not be considered.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Transformation Analyst to support post-merger system integrations (PMSI). This role is critical in ensuring accurate and compliant data migration from acquired entities into core systems, including Salesforce and NetSuite.
This is a highly impactful role that requires a strong understanding of revenue recognition, business processes, and system behavior. You will transform complex and inconsistent source data into structured, compliant formats that support sales, billing, and accounting operations.This role requires a balance of technical skills, business acumen, and intellectual curiosity. The ideal candidate does not rely solely on tools; they take the time to understand the underlying data, processes, and accounting implications before building solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end data transformation for full-system migrations from acquired entitiesAnalyze and interpret source data from systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, and other CRMsTranslate acquired entity data into formats compatible with Salesforce CPQ and ERP processesEvaluate and rebuild data structures to align with GAAP-compliant revenue recognitionIdentify, clean, and correct data inconsistencies and gapsDevelop a deep understanding of revenue recognition policies, sales processes, and product structures, contracting and billing modelsCollaborate cross-functionally with acquired entity accounting and operations teams, as well as Internal sales, finance, and systems teams across organizationsParticipate in discovery sessions to ensure accurate data interpretationPerform data validation and reconciliation post-migrationIdentify discrepancies and drive issue resolutionSupport broader PMSI team initiatives, including testing and process improvement, as neededQualifications3–7+ years of experience in data transformation, systems integration, or revenue operationsStrong working knowledge of Salesforce, including exposure to CPQ or similar toolsAdvanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reconciliationWorking familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systemsSolid understanding of GAAP revenue recognition principlesProven ability to work with complex and incomplete datasetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new business modelsExcellent English communication skills and ability to translate business processes into data logicPreferred QualificationsExperience with Alteryx or similar data transformation toolsBackground in SaaS or subscription-based business modelsExperience with mergers and acquisitions or system migrationsWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate and audit-ready data migrationsProactive identification and resolution of data issuesClear communication of risks and assumptionsConsistent delivery within project timelinesStrong collaboration with cross-functional teamsWe are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
