Senior Developer Lead

PURPOSE OF JOB:Drive the technical design and evolution of the organization's Product Information Management (PIM) ecosystem, leading the implementation of scalable middleware integrations between cloud and enterprise systems, and ensuring data consistency, reliability, and quality across all connected platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of the enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) platform across its full development lifecycle.Design and implement scalable middleware integrations enabling reliable, secure data flow between cloud and enterprise systems.Define and enforce data governance, quality, and consistency standards across all systems connected to the PIM ecosystem.Partner with product management, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders to translate integration and data requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional engineering team, promoting best practices in coding standards, integration patterns, and code review.Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and monitoring to ensure reliable, zero-downtime releases of PIM and middleware components.Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex integration and data-flow issues, ensuring platform stability, performance, and availability.Establish and maintain technical documentation and design review processes for all PIM and middleware-related development.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR FORMAL TRAINING, YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND/OR SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or lead architect capacity.Proven experience designing and implementing middleware-based integration solutions connecting cloud and enterprise systems.Strong hands-on experience with middleware and integration platforms, building and maintaining cloud-to-enterprise and enterprise-to-cloud data flows on Microsoft Azure.Solid understanding of API design, event-driven architecture, and data synchronization patterns across distributed systems.Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and infrastructure as code using Terraform.Strong background across modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React, .NET, Node.js, or equivalent stacks) and relational/non-relational databases.Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams within Agile/Scrum environments.Solid understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business and data requirements into scalable technical solutions.Professional-level English; Spanish is a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
