Must-Have RequirementsExperience: 10+ yearsSoftware engineering background with hands-on coding experienceStrong Golang and Python experienceDeep Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) expertise in production environmentsStrong AWS and Azure experienceStrong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps preferred)Strong Terraform and IaC experienceExperience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployment automationStrong understanding of API-driven and microservices architecturesExperience with OTEL(OpenTelemetry) and LGTM(Loki, Grafana,Tempo, Mimir) observability stackExperience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, NoSQL, and OpenSearch/ElasticsearchExcellent communication skills and strong systems-thinking mindset
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills.NET / C#, Java, Node.js, or React experienceCloudflare and edge layer experienceAI-enabled automation or agentic development experienceExperience designing internal developer platforms or platform engineering solutions
