About the role
AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and support cloud and hybrid infrastructure powering enterprise data and analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage Kubernetes and containerized environments across Azure and hybrid infrastructure.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
- Implement GitOps and CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD/FluxCD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Support service mesh, observability, security, and DevSecOps practices.
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Software, Data, SRE, Security, and Architecture teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, Terraform, and Helm.
- Experience with ArgoCD/FluxCD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Istio.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Elastic Stack, and DevSecOps.
- Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience in hybrid/on-premises environments; Nutanix is a plus.
- Healthcare/life sciences experience and knowledge of HIPAA/GxP are preferred.
