Position Overview The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This position requires expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline development and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and automation tools. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid software delivery. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance. Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies. Ensure security best practices and compliance in infrastructure management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging DevOps technologies. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related roles. Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration. Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $100,000 per year with comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baltimore, MD. Remote work is not eligible for this role.
