About the role
Redtree Engineering, part of CSI's global network, specializes in engineering, project management, and construction support services for power systems, industrial facilities, mission-critical infrastructure, and complex energy projects. Redtree is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing team and contribute to high-impact national and international projects.
The role involves working alongside multidisciplinary teams, leading technical electrical engineering activities, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting innovative power generation and infrastructure projects. The engineer will contribute to the technical development, design, and execution of complex engineering projects and take ownership of engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
- Develop and review electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
- Prepare and review one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation.
- Design and specify medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to support successful project execution.
- Perform electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, grounding, and related analyses.
- Support multidisciplinary project teams in developing integrated and constructible engineering solutions.
- Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
