About the role
GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Frontend Lead to build scalable, high-performance web applications and provide technical leadership and team mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor teams.
- Contribute to frontend architecture, complex UI development, state management, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, RTK Query, and React Query.
- Knowledge of frontend architecture, Micro Frontends, and reusable component design.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive design, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with Vite, Webpack, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
