The ideal candidate will lead frontend development, design scalable applications, and provide technical guidance to development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.Lead frontend architecture and technical design decisions.Build complex and reusable UI components.Manage application state using modern React libraries.Optimize application performance and ensure responsive design.Conduct code reviews and mentor frontend developers.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.Support CI/CD and frontend build processes.Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.Required Skills10+ years of software development experience.Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, RTK Query, or React Query.Strong knowledge of frontend architecture and Micro Frontends.Experience building reusable component libraries.Strong HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design skills.Experience working with REST APIs.Knowledge of Vite and Webpack.Experience with performance optimization and accessibility.Strong experience with code reviews and technical mentoring.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
