About the role
Próspera is seeking a Graphic Designer for a senior creative role within the Marketing Department. The role transforms brand strategy into sophisticated, impactful visual experiences across brand touchpoints and helps safeguard brand visual identity. It supports visual consistency across digital and physical channels in a luxury hospitality and real estate environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong creative judgment, strategic thinking, refined aesthetic sensibility, and an innovative mindset. Their portfolio demonstrates elevated visual concepts, differentiated creative solutions, attention to detail, and meaningful brand experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic graphic design solutions and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, commercial materials, presentations, print materials, and other communications.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into strategic visual concepts aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and visual identity standards.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, events, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Lead project visual execution and ensure quality, consistency, and proper implementation across brand touchpoints.
- Design and adapt content for social media, email marketing, and paid media, meeting platform formats, specifications, and best practices.
- Create digital and audiovisual content, including video editing, motion graphics, and basic animations.
