Key Responsibilities Create detailed, computer-aided artwork adhering to project specifications and company quality standards, including architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings in coordination with contractors. Design innovative food cart, kiosk, and restaurant visuals that enhance customer engagement and brand identity. Develop promotional materials and presentations across multiple media platforms to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Conduct site visits and ocular inspections to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Source and conceptualize marketing collateral, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to meet branding objectives. Assist in branding projects, including store layouts, marketing portfolios, and collateral development to maintain a cohesive brand image. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output under tight deadlines. Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or similar roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced design skills. Expertise in creating conceptual, camera-ready artwork and high-quality visual materials. Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members.
