Senior IT Project Manager - Infrastructure MA

About the role

INSPYR Global Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to direct IT team efforts and achieve defined results within time, budget and specifications for medium- and high-complexity projects. The position is responsible for an average of 2–3 projects and managing one large-scale project from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop project work plans and manage expectations, deliverables and results for internal and external project resources.
• Manage outside vendors to ensure they meet contractual deliverables.
• Track project milestones and adjust plans or resources to maintain customer commitments.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders through standardized status reports, and manage the change process for assigned projects.
• Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders.
• Develop, analyze and manage project estimates, execution plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Monitor project performance against plan, make adjustments and resolve issues.
• Provide insight and direction for requests for information and vendor requests for proposals.
• Recommend or request IT resources based on team member skills and project demands.
• Communicate project goals and objectives to the team and coordinate IT activities to achieve milestones.
• Lead and provide work direction to a project team to determine project scope and devise and maintain a workable plan.
