Senior L Application Analyst

Provide Level 2 (L2) application support within SLA targets. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues. Support change, release, deployment, and post-implementation validation activities. Participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT), Shadow, and Reverse Shadow sessions. Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and support documentation. Coordinate with L3 teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and offshore teams. Perform application monitoring, health checks, and operational validations. Drive continuous improvement through RCA, problem management, and process optimization. Healthcare domain experience (Mandatory). Experience with EHR / EMR applications. L2 Application Support. Incident, Change, Service Request & Problem Management. ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. KT, Shadow & Reverse Shadow experience. Vendor & Stakeholder Management. Documentation & Runbook Development. Offshore Team Coordination & Mentoring. Strong Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills.
