Senior Legal Manager

Role and Responsibilities As Legal Manager you will be involved in various legal activities:
Lead complex supplier negotiations by partnering with the business and providing legal counsel to support high value transactions. Provide legal support for agreements and collaborate with other attorneys, business partners and subject matter experts globally, regionally and locally. Work closely with relevant business partners to understand their needs and advise on legal and contracting issues, ensuring that Knight agreements meet business needs and that risks have been identified and mitigated. Effectively provide and coordinate legal support in the above areas, by demonstrating independent initiative, contributing as a member of cross-functional teams, and collaborating with business and Law Department colleagues on key matters. Support on harmonizing and delivering Latin America regional training materials, best practices and internal guidelines regarding roles and responsibilities for contracts. Manage the litigations in the responsible countries.

Work Experience Required :10 years of experience Desirable:Previous working experience in the Legal Department into Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
