Senior Project Manager – Healthcare & Pharma Advertising (Hybrid - Bogotá)

Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager with solid experience in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical advertising agencies. This is an active, operational role where you will drive daily project execution, asset routing, resource tracking, and team workflows in a hybrid setup based in Bogotá.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Execution & Routing: Actively manage daily Hot Sheets, status reports, and end-to-end routing of advertising assets across creative, account, and strategy teams.Timeline & Resource Management: Build detailed schedules, monitor project scope, and manage daily resource capacity for fast-paced agency accounts.Pharma & Healthcare Alignment: Navigate promotional guidelines (HCP / DTC), regulatory/medical review processes (MLR/PRC), and pharma-specific workflows.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead daily scrums, internal status meetings, and partner closely with teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.PMO Integration: Prepare accurate financial estimates, track project health, monitor vendor costs, and mentor PMO team members.
Required Qualifications:4+ years of Project Management experience strictly within a Healthcare/Pharma Advertising Agency setting.Demonstrated hands-on experience running daily project status (Hot Sheets), creative asset routing, project timelines, and resource allocation.Direct experience handling HCP (Healthcare Professional) and/or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) promotional marketing.Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical review processes and agency PM/traffic tools (Agile, Waterfall, or agency management software).Fully fluent in English (B2+/C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.Based in or willing to relocate to Bogotá, Colombia under a hybrid work model.
