About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solution Engineer – Exchange Online Migration Expert with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, Exchange Online, and hybrid identity environments. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise migration initiatives, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and Microsoft 365 integration projects while ensuring secure collaboration and seamless user adoption during digital transformation and M&A activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and implement Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online integration strategies.Lead Exchange Online migration projects from planning through execution.Support hybrid identity environments integrating on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Execute tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations during mergers, acquisitions, and business transformation initiatives.Configure and secure cross-tenant collaboration between Microsoft 365 environments.Perform source domain discovery and inventory of Exchange objects.Prepare Microsoft 365 email accounts for migration activities.Assess, plan, and execute Public Folder migrations.Perform email and mailbox migrations using migration tools such as Quest and BitTitan.Standardize, document, and improve onboarding processes for new agencies, subsidiaries, and business units.Ensure secure migration, business continuity, and seamless collaboration throughout migration projects.Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver successful Microsoft 365 transformation initiative
