In this role, you will join an established, high-performing engineering environment at Forte, collaborating across international teams to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable software architectures. You will be a core member of a multidisciplinary team focused on greenfield development, utilizing modern automation and AI-enabled tools to design scalable enterprise solutions.
As a Senior/Lead NodeJS Fullstack Developer, you will contribute to its success by acting as a technical anchor within a self-organizing agile team, balancing engineering best practices with business value while collaborating closely with product owners to break down complex goals into practical functional deliverables.
Key CompetenciesDrive the end-to-end greenfield architecture, state management, and scalable design of enterprise full-stack web applications within a fast-paced, iterative engineering environment.Lead frontend and backend development lifecycles, translating UX design mockups into high-performance web interfaces while designing and consuming robust REST APIs.Champion agile best practices by actively mentoring peers, broadening team capabilities, and ensuring the predictable delivery of committed tasks within dedicated sprint timeboxes.
Mandatory Technical Skills7+ years of proven experience developing enterprise-level web applications with deep engineering expertise in Node.js, React, and Next.js.Strong mastery of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and modern design systems (e.g., Material-UI, Atomize), with specialized knowledge in application performance optimization, initial page loading acceleration, and core architecture weaknesses.Solid, hands-on experience designing and working with non-relational databases, specifically MongoDB.
Nice to Have SkillsPractical knowledge of setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure (Azure Certification is a strong plus).Domain experience or familiarity with the Healthcare industry data security standards and compliance.
