Descripción del empleo

Team Overview The Project Management team leads and orchestrates omnichannel creative production activities across our full project portfolio, delivering high-quality assets — including emails, HTML banners, print collateral, social content, interactive presentations, websites, and CMS-managed digital experiences — for leading brands in the pharmaceutical industry and beyond. We serve as the connective tissue between creative, strategy, and technology, ensuring every channel and asset delivers a cohesive brand experience.
What the candidate will do: Lead the way in delivering exceptional omnichannel and creative production results. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities — from orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across email, print, digital, and social, to ensuring all creative assets are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget, while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. You will oversee the entire creative project lifecycle — from intake and briefing through production, QA, and final delivery — identifying cross-channel dependencies and managing resources across disciplines and locations. Motivating and directing creative and production teams to produce outstanding work will be a key part of your role, as well optimizing staff resourcing to increase efficiency across multiple client accounts and omnichannel workstreams.
Senior Role Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Production Excellence: Demonstrate deep expertise in managing complex, multi-channel creative productions — spanning email/HTML, print, web, social, and interactive formats — within specified timelines and budgetary constraints. Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all channels, oversee the full asset lifecycle, and proactively identify cross-channel dependencies to mitigate delays. Creative Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and challenge creative and production teams — including designers, copywriters, developers, and QA specialists — to achieve excellence across every channel. Establish and lead cross-functional teams across diverse locations, fostering a culture of creative accountability and high performance. Enhance operational efficiency by strategically managing resources across disciplines and optimizing team effectiveness on concurrent campaigns. Workflow & Process Optimization: Design and implement intake processes, creative briefs, review cycles, and approval workflows tailored to omnichannel production environments. Leverage project management tools and DAM/CMS platforms to monitor asset progress, enforce versioning discipline, and drive operational efficiency across email, print, web, and social workstreams. Agency & Client Partnership: Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal creative teams and agency partners, translating campaign briefs into actionable production plans. Collaborate with brand, medical, regulatory, and strategy stakeholders to ensure channel-appropriate asset delivery and proper resource allocation for successful omnichannel campaign execution. Financial Stewardship: Take a leadership role in scoping and estimating omnichannel production projects, balancing creative ambition with budgetary realities. Develop comprehensive project plans and collaborate with delivery leads to define resource allocation and production scope across channels. Partner closely with finance and account teams to protect margins and achieve financial objectives. Provide strategic support to the Director of Project Management in portfolio-wide capacity planning and assist project managers in aligning resources with campaign priorities. Mentoring: You will also take on a mentoring role for other Project Managers, inspiring and sharing knowledge to support their career development. Additionally, you may assist in talent acquisition activities by conducting interviews as needed.
Minimum qualifications: 5+ years in project management within a creative agency, digital production, or omnichannel marketing environment, managing multiple concurrent workstreams across diverse clients and channels. Proven experience managing omnichannel creative productions, including email/HTML, print, digital banners, social content, and web or CMS-driven assets. Strong command of creative workflows, including brief-to-delivery processes, asset versioning, review cycles, legal/regulatory review stages, and cross-channel QA. C1-equivalent English skills or higher.
Preferred qualifications: Background in creative direction, graphic design, or digital production (familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar). Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) or Agile/Scrum certification; experience with hybrid methodologies in creative production contexts is a plus. Familiarity with DAM platforms, CMS environments (Magnolia, Drupal, or similar), marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Vault), and omnichannel production ecosystems.
