About the role
Muverity is looking for a Senior PHP & Laravel Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop PHP and Laravel applications and APIs.
- Design backend solutions and optimize application performance.
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Mentor team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience.
- Advanced expertise in PHP 8+ and Laravel.
- Knowledge of OOP, MVC, SOLID principles, REST APIs, and database optimization.
- Experience with Redis, Queues, Caching, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Vue.js or React.js.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD, AWS/Cloud, PHPUnit or Pest, application security, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of scalable architecture and microservices.
