About the role
Foster Weise Covey (Launch Foundry) is conducting a retained search on behalf of a leading consumer goods company in Honduras. The role owns brand portfolio strategy, the innovation pipeline and trade execution across channels. It reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is part of the client's marketing and commercial executive team.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand architecture and category prioritization across value, mainstream and premium segments.
- Own each product line's financial and market performance, making ROI-driven decisions on pricing, channel profitability and brand investment.
- Define go-to-market strategies for sustainable, profitable growth.
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline of new products, line extensions and reformulations grounded in consumer insights.
- Translate consumer insight into growth through brand strategy, product innovation and commercial execution.
