Product Owner – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced Product Owner, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.
ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions,
The Product Owner is accountable for one or more systems, leading a cross-functional product team to deliver business value for both internal and external clients. This role closely partners with the Product Manager and broader firm leadership to shape, communicate, and deliver on the product strategy and roadmap. The Product Owner manages prioritization, requirements, timelines, and success criteria, harnessing multidisciplinary expertise to guide execution and maximize value delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Align product strategy with execution, maintaining the product roadmap and prioritizing the body of work for current and future delivery Manage system plans and artifacts, ensuring timely delivery against resource, stakeholder, timeline, and milestone requirements Lead, coach, and develop a matrixed team in pursuit of the product vision and team member growth Advise and collaborate with other product teams to maintain unified product strategy and progression

Qualifications
Required
6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience. Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams. Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions. Advanced English level. Proven experience in product ownership or management within financial services, client onboarding, or customer relationship systems. Broad and deep knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, particularly in client onboarding or contact relationship systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail. Proven track record of leadership within matrixed teams, including task assignment, coaching, and mentoring. Teamwork/collaboration mindset with a demonstrated ability to work with and influence stakeholders across functions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome ambiguity. Prior experience with Agile methodologies and a robust understanding of full software development lifecycle.

Preferred
Advanced understanding of Product Management and Design Thinking principles and ability to expand these capabilities across teams. Experience in digital product ownership with exposure to high-performing teams and ongoing professional development of team members. History of working on multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product teams. Experience guiding the management of resource needs, dependencies, and stakeholder solution requirements. Demonstrated ability to advise and align with adjacent product teams to ensure consistent and cohesive delivery across products. Background in building business cases and measuring delivery against defined success criteria.
