Senior Project Manager Ultra Luxury M Hotel - Puerto Rico

About the role

Cambium is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a flagship ultra-luxury hotel within a large-scale master-planned resort community. The role covers pre-construction through handover, overseeing design, procurement and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the luxury hotel project from pre-construction through completion and handover.
• Manage the project program, budget, procurement strategy and commercial performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and contractors throughout all project phases.
• Oversee design management, value engineering and technical coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining program objectives.
• Manage stakeholder reporting and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or a related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering luxury hospitality projects from concept through completion.
• Proven track record managing high-end hotel construction projects for internationally recognized operators or developers.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, project controls and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within large-scale mixed-use or master-planned developments is advantageous.
