Role: Senior Project Manager – Ultra-Luxury Multifamily Residential ConstructionLocation: Puerto RicoSalary: US $200,000 - $250,000 + bonus + medical/dental/vision + benefits
A globally recognised luxury real estate developer is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant ultra-luxury multifamily residential component within a large-scale master-planned resort community in Puerto Rico.
The project comprises an extensive collection of high-end, low-density residences designed to deliver the scale and privacy of individual luxury homes within a multifamily environment. The residential product includes expansive three-to-five-bedroom residences, ground-floor homes with private pools and direct outdoor access, upper-level residences with extensive terraces and balconies, and premium penthouses incorporating private pools and landscaped outdoor living areas.
You will take a lead role in the delivery of these technically complex, highly finished residences, coordinating architecture, interiors, MEP, structures, landscaping and specialist packages to achieve an exceptional standard of quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of multiple ultra-luxury multifamily residential buildings from pre-construction through completion and handover.Manage project programme, budget, procurement strategy and commercial performance across the residential construction programme.Coordinate architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, general contractors and specialist subcontractors throughout all project phases.Oversee design development, constructability reviews, value engineering and technical coordination.Manage the interface between architectural, structural, MEP, interiors, landscaping, pools and extensive external living areas.Drive the delivery of exceptionally high-quality interiors, finishes and residential amenity spaces.
RequirementsSignificant experience delivering large-scale, high-end multifamily residential or luxury condominium projects from pre-construction through completion.Proven track record managing technically complex, highly finished residential construction for leading developers or general contractors.Experience with luxury or branded residences, resort residential developments or hospitality-quality residential projects would be particularly advantageous.Demonstrable experience managing high-end interiors, MEP systems and complex architectural finishes.Ideally, experience working within large-scale mixed-use, resort or master-planned developments would be advantageous.
