Senior QA Automation Engineer Java Selenium Playwright

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a distributed engineering team working on a large-scale, business-critical eCommerce platform.
🔴 What we're looking for5+ years of professional QA Automation experienceStrong, recent hands-on experience with Java + Selenium WebDriverExperience maintaining and improving existing automation frameworksStrong API testing experienceExperience with Git and CI/CD pipelinesStrong English communication skillsJava + Selenium are core requirements for this role.If your automation experience is mainly with other stacks, this position will not be the right fit for you.
🛠 What you'll work onDevelop and maintain automated tests using Java + SeleniumBuild and improve UI, regression, integration, API and E2E testsImprove automation coverage, reliability and maintainabilityIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesInvestigate and verify defectsCollaborate closely with Developers, QA, Product and DevOps
🚀 Modern automation & AIThe team is actively evolving its automation stack, so we're particularly interested in engineers who also have:Experience with Playwright + TypeScriptHands-on experience with AI-assisted coding/testing tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similarInterest in using AI to improve test development, debugging and engineering productivity
Experience with TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber, SQL, database testing or cloud-based applications is also a plus.
