Senior QA Engineer Manual Testing

Looking For
• 4–8 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong expertise in Functional, Regression, UI, and System Testing
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and TestRail
• Knowledge of API Testing, SQL, or AI-powered applications is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive quality improvements

What You'll Do
• Own the complete QA lifecycle from planning to release
• Perform Manual, Functional, Regression, UI, and End-to-End Testing
• Test Web and Mobile Applications
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Define and improve QA processes and testing standards
• Drive high-quality releases with minimal production defects
• Lead QA initiatives across multiple projects
• Mentor and guide a growing QA team
