We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join a distributed engineering team building a modern HR, Workforce Management & Fintech SaaS platform used by businesses across the U.S.You’ll work on production mobile applications used for employee scheduling, time tracking, payroll-related workflows, communication, and other critical workforce operations — with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and great mobile UX.
🚀 What you’ll be working onBuild and maintain React Native applications for iOS & AndroidDevelop reusable, scalable components using JavaScript & TypeScriptCreate responsive and intuitive mobile experiences across different devicesIntegrate mobile applications with REST APIs & backend servicesCollaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, QA & DevOps throughout the full SDLCContribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and feature planningWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested codeReview code, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve performance & reliabilityUse modern AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, documentation, and delivery
