Senior Sales Manager Location: Coventry, UK Corient Business Solution is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and accelerate growth within our expanding outsourced accounting services. This full-time role is perfect for an experienced sales leader with a strong background in B2B sales and accounting software solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve firm order targets. Drive new client acquisition and convert leads into confirmed sales orders. Monitor and report on sales pipelines, marketing activities, and business development progress through regular meetings. Provide strategic support to ensure sales and marketing teams meet and exceed goals. Leverage experience selling services or solutions to accountancy practices or outsourcing solutions. Required Experience Minimum 6 years of proven B2B sales experience (mandatory). Strong knowledge and experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, TaxCalc, CCH, or similar (mandatory). Benefits £70,000 per year salary. 30 days holiday including bank holidays. Flexible working hours. Commission on new clients won.
