We are entering our next phase of growth and looking for a creative, analytical, and AI-driven social media leader to help scale our audience toward 1M+ followers.
The RoleThis is not a traditional social media management position.We are looking for someone who understands viral content mechanics, platform algorithms, audience psychology, and AI-powered content production.You will own organic growth across TikTok and Instagram, leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, test ideas rapidly, and turn performance data into actionable growth strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of TikTok and Instagram organic growth experienceProven experience growing social media accounts to 100K+ followers and generating millions of organic views.Strong understanding of short-form content strategy and retention mechanicsHands-on experience with AI content creation tools (Runway, Midjourney, Synthesia, Veo, ChatGPT, etc.)Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal)Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video production and growth results
