What You’ll Be DoingDesign, build, and scale production systems used by thousands to millions of users.Own features end-to-end – from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.Develop intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences and user interfaces.Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and AI teams to deliver impactful solutions.Drive architectural decisions that balance scalability, reliability, and speed of execution.Improve engineering standards through code reviews, testing, observability, and mentorship.Contribute to technical strategy while remaining hands-on in implementation.Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand problems and deliver meaningful solutions.
What We're Looking For4+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong experience in Backend, Full Stack, or Product Engineering roles.Proven track record of shipping production software used by real customers.Experience building and maintaining scalable distributed systems and APIs.Strong software architecture and system design capabilities.Ability to operate independently and take ownership in ambiguous environments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Startup experience or experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments is highly preferred.
