We’re looking for someone who is highly proactive, has strong software engineering foundations, and knows how to effectively leverage AI throughout the entire development lifecycle.
🤖 What we’re looking forAdvanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.6+ years of professional software development experience.Strong foundations in software engineering, system design, architecture, and scalable application development.Ability to understand complex business and technical problems, translate them into clear technical solutions, and make sound engineering decisions.Proven experience using AI tools, such as Claude, OpenAI, and similar technologies, as an integral part of the development workflow.Strong ability to work effectively with AI: providing the right context, structuring solutions, validating outputs, iterating quickly, and turning AI-generated code into reliable, production-ready software.Experience building AI-enabled solutions, including LLM APIs, agents, automations, and AI-powered product features.Strong understanding of how to validate AI-generated code and outputs, identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, security risks, and regressions, and implement automated safeguards to reduce those risks.Experience integrating automated testing throughout the development lifecycle, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.Ability to design development workflows where AI accelerates delivery while maintaining strong engineering judgment, code review, security standards, testing, and quality controls.Solid knowledge and practical application of software development best practices, including maintainability, observability, performance, and security.Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Node.js, React, and React Native is highly valued, although we are not looking for someone tied to a specific stack.Engineering degree completed or close to completion.We are looking for someone with the potential and ambition to grow into a Tech Lead role over time.
