Hiring - Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

Duties and Responsibilities
• Feature Development: Design and build complex features independently with high-quality, maintainable code.
• System Design: Contribute to scalable architecture, system design, and technical decisions.
• Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior engineers.
• Testing & Performance: Define testing strategies, optimize performance, and improve system reliability.
• Collaboration: Work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Technical Excellence: Identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development skills with Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience building production-grade backend systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Experience in E-commerce, Omnichannel, or SAP integrations is a plus.
• Experience with RAG, LLM, Vector Search, or AI products is a plus.
